Abstract: Provided is a work support system including at least one processor configured to: acquire posted data indicating a post that has been made on a communication tool that supports work; determine, based on the posted data, whether a mention of an artificial intelligence (AI) has been made; acquire prompt data indicating a prompt provided in advance; cause, when it is determined that the mention has been made, the AI to generate answer data indicating an answer to the post based on the posted data and the prompt data; and display the answer on the communication tool based on the answer data.

Abstract: Provided is a cloud system which allows aggregation of data in a cloud service. At least one processor sets a plurality of setting values relating to the aggregation based on a predetermined setting operation performed on an aggregation screen relating to the aggregation. The at least one processor displays, on the aggregation screen, aggregated results corresponding to the plurality of setting values and an order relating to the plurality of setting values. The at least one processor changes the order based on a predetermined change operation performed on the aggregation screen. When the order is changed, the at least one processor updates the aggregation screen so that the aggregated results corresponding to the changed order are displayed.

Abstract: A generating unit of an information sharing system generates, in a case where one of a plurality of users enters a comment, notice information for notifying the other users of a notification of the comment. When the user who enters the comment specifies a destination of the comment, a destination associating unit associates destination identifying information for identifying the specified destination with the notice information. A display information generating unit generates display information for displaying, on a display unit of the user, a screen on which the notification of the comment that specifies the user as the destination is distinguished from the notification of the comment that does not specify the user as the destination, based on the notice information and the destination identifying information.
