Abstract: Systems and methods for providing collaboration rooms with dynamic tenancy and role-based security are disclosed herein. An example method includes establishing a digital collaboration room for an entity, generating a token for a first user, receiving a request to perform an action on a portion of the data, performing a hierarchical permissions analysis to determine if the first user has permission to perform the action and access the portion of the data and determine if the user currently has permission to enter the digital collaboration room. The method includes retrieving the portion of the data from the database for the digital collaboration room and allowing the first user to perform the action when the user currently has permission to enter the digital collaboration room and the user has permission to perform the action and access the portion of the data.

Abstract: Systems for tracking incident data across phases of a data incident response including analysis, containment, and recovery, and automatically generating data incident reports are disclosed herein. Embodiments enable viewing of all the incident data in a single place including tracking of origin and history of the incident data to create an audit trail. Embodiments include managing incident data sharing and reporting including automatically generating and sharing data incident reports. Embodiments include a first feedback loop and a second feedback loop. The first feedback loop includes automatically surfacing to users changes to incident report specifications, errors or warnings in incident data with resolving recommendations including specific tasks to resolve the errors or warnings.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing secure access to digital collaboration rooms with dynamic tenancy in response to an event are provided. An example method includes establishing, via an orchestration service, a digital collaboration room for an entity; receiving and storing three authentication factors of a user, the three authentication factors including a first authentication factor relating a corporate email account of the user assigned by the entity; and upon an entity's request and in response to an event activating an isolate mode and isolating the digital collaboration room.

Abstract: Cloud-based multi-tenancy computing systems and methods for providing response control and analytics are disclosed. An exemplary method includes capturing a first set of data based on activities that occur in the activated response center related to the client's actions taken in response to the event; generating a first set of analytics based on the captured first set of data; capturing a second set of data based on activities that occur in a plurality of response centers of client tenants related to the clients' actions taken in response to the events that occurred to them; generating a second set of analytics based on the captured second set of data; and based on the first and second set of analytics produced by the response system, generating and transmitting an updated menu of suggested actions for responding to a future event, to one or more of the clients.

An example method includes receiving a collaboration room template, the collaboration room template including parameters that are used to establish and configure a collaboration room for an entity, establishing the collaboration room for the entity, configuring the collaboration room according to the parameters of the collaboration room template, generating a token for a user, the token specifying permissions for the user for the collaboration room, transmitting an invitation to a user related to the collaboration room, and providing data in the collaboration room for the user according to the permissions specified in the token.
