    Abstract: This invention has to do with a simulated brick formed of plastic, a method for making the brick, and a wall structure incorporating the brick and simulated mortar polyester plastic is cast in a polyvinyl chloride mold and a doctor blade or knife is passed over the mold depressing the mold edges and removing excess material so that the mold when released will spring back and a meniscus is formed by the plastic against the surrounding mold wall.
