Abstract: A threadless embroidery method for textile products and the like, includes the steps of forming a design in a mirror-like fashion on a fabric material, applying a threadless embroidery needle to the reverse side of the fabric material and moving the threadless needle up and down continuously following the design pattern formed on the fabric material, and thereby breaking the surface of the fabric structure thus creating a fuzz texture forming the design on the surface of the fabric material.

Abstract: A cap with a curved visor includes a crown formed of a plurality of panels and a visor consisted of a rigid material and inner and outer fabric panels, which covers the rigid material. The visor is secured to a front side of the crown. At least one incision line is made on the rigid material thereby creating a main portion and a strip portion, the main portion is inserted below the strip portion to retain the visor curved. The panels of crown are made out of a common woven fabric material or a stretchable fabric material. The rigid material is a flexible rigid material or a non-flexible rigid material. At least one incision line is made on the rigid material in equal distance from an outer edge of the rigid material along a periphery of the rigid material. The rigid material is covered by the outer panel and the inner panel which are jointly stitched together at a periphery. A periphery of the visor may be covered with different color of fabric and stitched together with the outer and inner panels.

Abstract: A cap with protrusive effect that can effectively display letters or diagrams of logos, emblems, etc. in a three dimensional fashion. The headwear includes a multi-panel crown, and a crown front portion consisting of two fabric pieces or two fabric pieces and one piece of woven or non-woven material. A flexible molded material or a piece of sheet is used to create letters or diagrams to be used as logos, emblems, etc. and is attached to the crown front portion and upper bill portion. The fabric materials that can be used are any type of common textile fabric or stretchable fabric material. Through a washing process, a natural three dimensional visual effect is provided to maximize the advertising effect of the cap. In addition, a dyed fabric with black pigment coating is used so that when the cap is washed the black pigment is decolorized and a mixed color contrast is provided between the remaining black color and the original color of the dyed fabric to maximize the aesthetic value and effect of a cap.

The free-size cap structure is further provided with inwardly folded portion at the crown edge, and with a flexible material therein. The cap has a number of axially stretchable gores to enhance the comfort of the cap and to avoid a tight-fitting structure. The structure permits free-size cap to be fabricated which are comfortable for the wearer, and with a single size of cap being adaptable for use by all persons with heads within a number of normal sizes.

Abstract: This invention is for a packaging pad preventing wrinkles of caps with eyeshades. It is composed of many half-arc-shaped cutting portions to fix eyeshades, which are parts of caps, in an orderly manner, a supporting hole installed at one side of the pad which enables its hanging on the wall, and small holes installed at both ends of half-arc-shaped cutting portions to prevent ripping-off of the cutting portions.
