Abstract: An open-type color reflective sheet and a method of manufacturing the open-type color reflective sheet are provided. The open-type color reflective sheet may include a support layer, a bonding layer laminated on one surface of the support layer and including a binder resin, a pigment and a non-yellowing polyurethane resin, a reflective layer including a plurality of bead-type reflectors embedded in the bonding layer, and a water-repellent coating layer laminated on one surface of the reflective layer, and may selectively include a printed layer formed on the one surface or another.
