Abstract: A high stiffness waterproof roof panel pad for a vehicle, which is configured by stacking and laminating a waterproof reinforcing layer coated with PE layers on both surfaces of a urethane foam pad, thereby reinforcing the stiffness of a vehicle body panel, preventing the pad from becoming wet due to dew condensation and thus increasing noise and vibration reduction effects and having a waterproof function. Additionally, a method of manufacturing the waterproof roof panel pad includes preparing a hard urethane foam pad, preparing a waterproof reinforcing layer of which both surfaces are coated with PE layers, stacking the waterproof reinforcing layer on both surfaces of the urethane foam pad, laminating the PE layer in contact with the urethane foam pad and integrally forming the urethane foam pad and the waterproof reinforcing layer, and performing a cutting operation according to a shape and a size of a roof panel.
Abstract: A camera and a black box for a vehicle are accommodated in the headliner to minimally expose the black box to the inside of the vehicle, preventing robbery of or damage to the black box and not spoiling the interior design of the vehicle. A headliner is integrated with four cameras installed at corners of the headliner to photograph required videos in front and rear, and both sides of the vehicle, obtaining videos of surroundings of the vehicle. In addition, provided is a headliner integrated with a camera of a black box for a vehicle capable of photographing videos of surroundings of the vehicle and the inside thereof using the camera of the black box and thus simultaneously obtaining a basic function of the black box and a function of observing the inside of the vehicle. The black box is installed at the headliner.
Abstract: The invention relates to an auxiliary handle clip which can improve the strength of the product clip and which can have a firm and stable supporting capability under a horizontally acting external force. According to an aspect of the invention, there is provided an auxiliary handle fixing clip for module liner of an automobile comprising a base 31 at the bottom, the base being assembled between a body panel 10 and a headliner 20 of an automobile, and a hook 33 at the front, the hook 33 integrally bent from the base 31 for fitting in a coupling opening 11 of a body panel 10, wherein the hook 33 comprises inner walls 34 bent upwardly slantly in the direction of facing each other, starting from the opposite lateral sides of a base 31, outer walls 36 bent slantly downwardly in the direction of spreading from each other, starting from the both tops of the inner walls 34, and engaging members 38 bent slantly downwardly in mutually facing directions from the lower ends of the outer walls 36.
Abstract: The invention relates to an auxiliary-handle fixture for a modular headliner of an automobile, which enables an easy mounting and nevertheless guarantees a firm securement of accessaries.
