  • Publication number: 20150246695
Abstract: A pneumatic suspension system for a vehicle is provided comprising a mounting arrangement for mounting a portion of the vehicle on a chassis; the mounting arrangement including at least one pneumatic spring to be arranged and coupled between the portion of the vehicle and the vehicle chassis. A vehicle state control system is provided that provides a pressure set value in the pneumatic spring and a pressure controller is arranged to a valve device alternatively for pressurizing or depressurizing the each pneumatic spring. The valve device comprises at least a first valve having a valve outlet coupled to the spring terminal and a valve inlet communicatively coupled to the pressure terminal. A support structure (102) distinct from the sealing edge (104) is provided arranged to providing supporting contact to the sealing face to counteract deformations of the sealing face.

  • Patent number: 9121313
Abstract: A combustion engine comprises a suction valve system for discharging blow-by gas from the crankcase into an air inlet channel for the cylinders. The suction valve system is driven by an electromotor which is connected to a power source. The system comprises a rev counter which measures the rpm of the suction valve system, as well as a control unit which is connected to the power source, the rev counter and the engine management system. The control unit can set predefined engine conditions as well as the power flowing to the suction valve system to have this system rotate at a predefined speed. The value of the set power is a measurement for the blow-by. In lieu of regulating the power flowing to the suction valve system, the control unit can also set the power flowing to the suction valve system to a predefined value. The rev counter then measures the rpm of the suction valve system, which is a measurement for the blow-by.

  • Patent number: 9067629
Abstract: A mounting arrangement (1; 101; 201) for mounting a trailer coupling to a tractor vehicle with a chassis that has a pair of rearwardly extending opposite left and right frame side members (9, 11; 109, 111; 209, 211) that includes opposite left and right bearing blocks (5, 7; 105, 107; 205, 207). The opposite left and right bearing blocks (5, 7; 105, 107; 205, 207) each have a support surface and a pivot bearing for being fixed directly or indirectly to the chassis of the tractor vehicle. A coupling saddle plate (3; 103; 203) is pivotally mounted from the opposite pivot bearings of the left and right bearing blocks (5, 7; 105, 107; 205, 207), while a diagonal cross brace (35; 135; 235) is provided between at least one of the left and right bearing blocks and a respective one of the transversely opposite right or left frame side members (9, 11; 109, 111; 209, 211).

  • Publication number: 20150113965
Abstract: An exhaust gas system for a diesel engine comprises a filter 9 that includes channels extending in the direction of flow and having porous walls 13 which are clad with an SCR catalyst coating 25. Neighbouring channels are alternately shut off by end plugs 15, 17 at the inlet end and the outlet end, as a result of which the exhaust gas is forced to flow through the walls. The walls 13 are coated with an AMOX catalyst coating 29 from the end 21 over a distance 27. The end plugs 17 in the outlet ends have a length that at least equals said distance 27. As a result, one side of the wall sections coated with the AMOX catalyst coating is covered and the exhaust gas cannot but flow first through the wall sections coated with SCR catalyst coating 25 and only then can the exhaust gas flow past the wall sections coated with the AMOX catalyst coating 29.
