A resilient support resiliently supports the lance such that the lance is able to move away from the axis, and a path is provided through which a jig for disengaging the lance from the engagement section is inserted into the housing through a front of the housing towards the lance along the engagement section. The resilient support is formed with a slit communicating with the path and extending towards the lance from an entrance of the path.
