  • Patent number: 9199402
Abstract: With a mandrel inserted in a through hole formed in an extrusion die, a preform filled in the through hole is extruded into a filling space defined between an inner surface of the through hole and an outer surface of the mandrel by pressing the preform with a pressing punch. Consequently, a cylindrical extruded form in which a plurality of stress concentration portions extending along an extruding direction are formed so as to be spaced apart from each other in a circumferential direction is formed. Then, an external force is applied to the extruded form thus obtained to thereby divide the extruded form at the stress concentration portions into a plurality of permanent magnets.

  • Publication number: 20130008890
Abstract: [Problem] When a core is configured by injection-molding a mixture including a soft magnetic powder and a thermoplastic resin and a reactor is manufactured by integrating a coil in a state where the coil is embedded in the inner portion of core, positional misalignment or deformation of coil at the time of molding the core can be effectively prevented, and the core can be favorably molded using an injection molding method. [Solution Means] A reactor 15 is manufactured through a step A of encasing a coil 10 configured by winding a wire in a state where an insulating layer is interposed between the wires with an electrically insulating resin to mold an encased coil body 24, and a step of molding a core 16 by injection-molding a mixture including a soft magnetic powder and a thermoplastic resin in a state where the encased coil body 24 is enclosed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a yoke-integrated magnet, including: a ring-shaped bond magnet containing a rare earth iron-based alloy magnetic powder and a synthetic resin binder; and a ring-shaped back yoke provided on an inner periphery or an outer periphery of the bond magnet to be integral with the bond magnet, in which at least a surface of the bond magnet at which the bond magnet does not contact with the back yoke is covered with an injection molding layer of a thermoplastic resin which does not contain tin. The yoke-integrated magnet of the invention is excellent in corrosion resistance and dimension accuracy and is free from the risk of contamination with tin.

  • Patent number: 7234234
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a BPF (bandpass filter) for GHz bands of the structure that an input signal line (2) and an output signal line (3) run with a small gap on one surface of a sheet (1) made by dispersing soft magnetic metal powder in a sheet-formed polymer matrix, an internal line (6) bridges on the signal lines, and a GND line (4) runs on the reverse surface of the sheet. The method comprises inserting an intermediate product made by disposing on both the sides of an insulating film (5) the above-mentioned input signal line (2), output signal line (3) and internal line (6), on one side of the cavity of a mold for injection, and inserting a metal piece for the GND line (4) on the other side of the cavity; and injecting a polymer compound to obtain a molded article.
