    Abstract: Apparatus for scraping off heads of fish and crusts of crustacea, wherein the portions to be scraped off are delivered parallel by means of a feeding device, and then the portions are hitched by a scraping-off pawl plate, the body portions of the fish and crustacea being fixedly pushed against the feeding device. The pawl plate moves in a direction orthogonal to the feeding direction, the portions to be scraped off being removed automatically while the reverse sides of these portions are supported upon the hitching operation by means of a member that moves in the scraping-off direction.

The latter move above the fixed cradles of the next stages and pass the fixed cradles downwardly, thus the semi-finished materials are put on the fixed cradles of the next stages.

Dough in a hopper is injected from a flat nozzle by a gear pump and stuck onto the rotating drum. The latter is heated and the dough sheet is baked on it.
