Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for presenting offers and processing payment transactions. A method includes receiving current location information from a mobile device associated with the user; providing a list of merchants that are in an immediate proximity to the user and receiving a selection of one of the merchants. The method further includes providing to the user for presentation on the mobile device a charge authorization form for the merchant; providing to the user a final authorization form that includes an area for a password that is associated with an account of the user; authorizing the transaction based at least in part on the receipt of the password; and providing a code for presentation on the user device to enable the user to complete the transaction with the merchant.
