Abstract: A composite brake disk for a motor vehicle includes a brake disk chamber and a related brake ring connected together by a joining process. In one joint area an internal brake ring tooth profile engages in a brake disk chamber tooth profile. The brake disk chamber tooth profile has brake disk chamber tooth faces in circular arc form, whereas the brake ring-tooth profile has brake ring tooth faces in the form of an involute. Due to the special version of the pairing of two different tooth formats a fixed, load-bearing connection can be achieved between the brake disk chamber and the brake ring.
Abstract: A vehicle includes at least one cooling circuit for cooling a fuel cell system. The cooling circuit includes at least one cooling heat exchanger, a cooling medium transportation device and a heat exchanger in a fuel cell stack of fuel cell system. Cooling heat exchanger is affected by motion-related air flow as cooling air. The cooling heat exchanger is constructed in at least two stages, which are arranged in such a way that they are serially flowed through, one after another, by motion-related airflow.
Abstract: A method for the production of a brake disc from a basic body (1), which has a friction ring surface (2). The method includes the steps of the provision of the basic body (1) and the roughening of the friction ring surface (2) by directing an electron beam (5) at the friction ring surface (2). A defined quantity of recesses (3) per mm2 of the friction ring surface (2) is created in the friction ring surface (2). The arrangement of the recesses (3) with respect to one another is predetermined and each recess (3) has a predetermined depth and shape. Then a coating (4) is applied to the friction ring surface without the implementation of an chemical etching step. Furthermore, the invention discloses a corresponding brake disc.
Abstract: A motor vehicle body includes stiffening struts created from a composite fiber material. Each stiffening strut is connected at both ends to the adjoining body components via a connection section. The fibers of the stiffening strut run essentially unidirectionally in the direction of loading of the stiffening strut and the cross-sectional area of the stiffening strut remains constant at least between the connection sections of the stiffening strut along a length of the stiffening strut.

In addition, an adapter carries out a lambda adaptation, which is limited by a maximum adaptation speed. A control speed of the lambda control is greater than the maximum adaptation speed. The maximum control stroke and/or the maximum adaptation speed is/are a function of a deviation of the lambda variable from the lambda setpoint value.
Abstract: An actuation system for a drive unit of a motor vehicle includes a control unit which is assigned to the drive unit and which has a function level, a function monitoring level, and having a power output stage for actuating the drive unit or actuators or sensors which are assigned to the drive unit. To relieve the function a data transmission device for outputting data to a data bus is arranged in the function monitoring level. Abstract: An exhaust gas purification system for an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle is provided.
