Abstract: A disposable diaper which can be used both as a tape-fastening type and an underpants type by joining the both side portions of the front body part and back body part respectively to thereby form joined portions on both sides along with a waist opening and a pair of right and left leg openings and in this diaper, perforated lines are formed on the both side portions of the front body part so as to extend from an edge of the waist opening to edges of the leg openings and at least one pair of fastening tapes having hook members on inner surfaces thereof and straddle the perforated lines.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide an absorbent pad that can be easily unstuck from a diaper or lower-body underwear [Means for Solving Problem] An absorbent pad 200 where a hook tape 32 is exposed on an outer surface of the absorbent pad 200 configured by forming an attachment panel 31, that can be divided, via a folding portion 31c, into an extended portion 31a provided with the hook tape 32 formed on the top surface side thereof and a base portion 31b fixed to an outer sheet 25; and by folding back the attachment panel 31 via the folding portion 31c such that the extended portion 31a is layered on the base portion 31b side.

Abstract: An absorbent article has: a leak preventer sheet form; an absorber arranged above the leak preventer and absorbs bodily fluid in at least one layer; and a pair of right and left floating leg gathers arranged, above the absorber, from front end to rear end part in length direction of the absorbent article via a front body, a crotch part and rear body. Floating leg gathers have head and hanging parts connecting to the head parts, respectively. A front end and a rear end parts of each of the hanging parts respectively coupled near a front end part and rear end part of the body of the absorbent article, each hanging part hangs down from the head part toward the absorber; hanging parts of floating leg gathers fixed to the absorber at a lower end part of the hanging part in the crotch part without fixing to the absorber.

[Means for Solving Problems] A disposable absorbent article comprising, at an area including a crotch portion, an absorbent portion which has a liquid pervious face sheet (30), a liquid impervious sheet (11) and an absorbent structure (50) that is interposed therebetween is configured that on a surface of an absorbent body (56) having a high absorbent polymer at least in a face side layer thereof, a temperature changing substance (40) for cooling or heating urine by contact with the urine is sprinkled and that the urine, which has been cooled or heated by the temperature changing substance (40), can be absorbed and retained in the face side layer of the absorbent body (56).

Each wing-shaped flap has a front profile line and a rear profile line. The front profile line is a wave-shape formed by a repetition of convex portions and concave portions. The angle between a line connecting the vertex of the outermost concave portion of the wing-shaped flap with the origin point of the front profile line of the wing-shaped flap and another line originating at the origin point of the front profile line of the wing-shaped flap is 60-65°.

Abstract: Disclosed is an absorbent article having an absorbent member positioned between a liquid-permeable multilayer surface sheet and a backside sheet. A plastic film layer is laminated on the non-skin contact surface side of the multilayer surface sheet. The multilayer surface sheet has embossments in the form of a large number of elevated portions protruding outward, the elevated portions being formed by heating the sheet to a temperature higher than the melting point of the plastic film layer but lower than the melting point of the nonwoven fabric layer. The multilayer surface sheet is also provided with a large number of openings. The absorbent article has a highly spatial appearance, provides good cushioning effect with minimized skin contact, and retains uneven emboss, even upon absorption of a body fluid.

Abstract: To solve problems such as tearing in using or manufacturing sanitary thin paper for household use that is embossed and applied with aqueous chemicals. The problem is solved by a method for manufacturing toilet paper, comprising: a chemicals applying step of printing and applying aqueous lotion chemicals onto band-like continuous crepe paper by a printer, while a pattern with a non-chemicals-application portions and chemicals-application portions is formed; and an embossing step where the embossing convex portions are brought into press-contact only to the non-chemicals-application portions of the continuous crepe paper so that the continuous crepe paper is embossed.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing coated paper which consistently performs a papermaking process, a coating process, and a flattening process and includes a coating facility formed of a combination of a roll coater coating facility and first and second coating facilities in which coating methods are different from that of the roll coater coating facility, and the roll coater coating facility is provided between the first and second coating facilities.

Abstract: A highly air-permeable and water-resistance sheet according to the present invention includes a hydrophobic non-woven fabric layer having 100 mm H2O or more of water pressure resistance and a fine cellulose fiber layer layered on the hydrophobic non-woven fabric layer, and a water repellent layer is layered on either surface of the highly air-permeable and water-resistance sheet. A highly air-permeable and water-resistance sheet composite according to the present invention includes the highly air-permeable and water resistance sheet and another non-woven fabric layered onto the water-repellant layer.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an absorbent body of a body fluid absorbing article. The absorbent body includes an air laid absorbent fiber having a dispersed and thin layer of a mixed absorbent fiber and super absorbent polymer. The method involves using multiple stages having multiple dispersing chutes and pressing rolls spaced out in a transfer direction to accumulate and form the absorbent fiber and the super absorbent polymer while disentangling and mixing the absorbent fiber and the super absorbent polymer in accordance with an air laying method in which the absorbent fiber and the super absorbent polymer are conveyed in an air flow and injected by the dispersing chutes to provide the dispersed layer of the mixed absorbent fiber and super absorbent polymer, and thin the air laid absorbent fiber, by pressurization, by using the pressing rolls to thin the dispersed layer.

Abstract: Disclosed is an absorbent article, having an individual-wrapping sheet which is liquid-impermeable; an absorber arranged on an upper side of the individual-wrapping sheet, containing super absorbent polymer, and capable of absorbing an aqueous liquid; and a back-up sheet arranged between the individual-wrapping sheet and the absorber and capable of retaining the aqueous liquid, in which the individual-wrapping sheet has a liquid-storing portion in a form of bag which is provided in a rear portion of the individual-wrapping sheet and forms an internal space on the upper side of the individual-wrapping sheet, and in which a rear end portion of the absorber exists in the internal space formed by the liquid-storing portion. By using this absorbent article, a material used for individual wrapping can be utilized at the time of wearing the absorbent article without disposal of the material, and leakage is less liable to occur.
