  • Patent number: 10597678
Abstract: A bis-alkoxyl amide alkyl cationic peptide lipid has a chemical structure as below: wherein the bis-alkoxyl amide alkyl cationic peptide lipid is dispersed in water to obtain the cationic peptide liposome which are high in stability and uniform in dispersion and have about 120 nm of average grain diameter and Zeta electric potential between 30 and 50 mV. The liposome can effectively compress the plasmids DNA and siRNA, can efficient transfection both in-vitro and in-vivo, and almost does not have toxicity to cells and mice, so that the liposome can be widely applied in gene delivery as a gene vector.

  • Publication number: 20190355484
Abstract: A method for a laser-induced excitation of a radio frequency plasma at a low air pressure using a hardware device. The hardware device includes a pulsed laser source, a convex lens, a target material, an ion source system, and a radio frequency power supply system. When an air pressure value of the gas in the ion source system is lower than 1 Pa, and it's difficult to generate the radio frequency plasma, bombarding the target material in the ion source system by a pulsed laser beam; after the ion source system reaches a relatively high vacuum degree, providing gas to generate a plasma for the ion source system, providing the radio frequency electromagnetic field for the internal environment of the ion source system; outputting the high-intensity laser pulse; focusing the laser pulse to form a light spot with a high-power density.

  • Patent number: 10294199
Abstract: A class of propyl cationic peptide lipids is propyl cationic peptide lipid compounds having a general formula structure as follows. After the propyl cationic peptide lipids are dispersed in water, a cationic liposome with a particle size of approximately 100 nm is obtained. The cationic liposome can carry plasmid DNA (pDNA) or small interfering RNA (siRNA) into cells to realize the function of gene delivery, and is almost non-toxic to the cells.

  • Patent number: 10279050
Abstract: The invention provides a class of sucrose ester based cationic lipids and preparation method thereof. The vector prepared using the cationic lipid can be used to deliver nucleic acid. The sucrose ester based cationic lipid is prepared by using a chemical synthesis method in the invention, wherein the synthesis method is simple, and has a relatively high product yield. A composition, including suspension, emulsion, micelle and liposome and the like, can be prepared by mixing the sucrose ester based cationic lipid compound of the invention with a co-lipid. Sucrose ester based cationic lipid complex can be prepared by using the said composition and nucleic acid, which has advantages such as simple preparation, low toxicity and high transfection efficiency, and is a novel and highly efficient gene vector.
