Abstract: The present invention relates to acenaphtho heterocyclic compounds and their uses in manufacturing the BH3 mimetics as Bcl-2-like protein inhibitors. Structures are shown in the following: Statistical analysis of their bio-activities showed these compounds exhibit better BH3 mimicking property than the reported compounds. These compounds can simulate BH3-only protein, competitively bind and antagonizing Bcl-2 and Mcl-1 proteins in vitro and in cells, and then induce apoptosis. Therefore, they all can be used in the manufactures of anticancer compounds.

  • Publication number: 20130104850
Abstract: A multi-fuel pre-mixed combustion system of an internal combustion engine includes a main fuel spray nozzle (2), which injects a mixed fuel of compression-ignition-suitable fuels, spark-ignition-suitable fuel, or a wide cut fuel to form a homogeneous primary pre-mixed gas. An auxiliary spray nozzle (4) injects a spark-ignition-suitable fuel to form a secondary mixed gas, which is ignited by the spark plug (3) by means of spray guiding or an ignition chamber (5), and the primary pre-mixed gas in the combustion chamber (1) is compression ignited. Consequently, the ignition point of the primary mixed gas is effectively controlled and knock is avoided, and a homogeneous pre-mixed compression ignition is achieved over the whole range of operating conditions. The combustion rate is controlled by exhaust gas recirculation or spray of water into a cylinder or intake port, and high thermal efficiency is ensured by a high expansion ratio.

  • Publication number: 20130001205
Abstract: A low-power laser and arc hybrid welding method includes the steps of matching laser pulses with arc phases, and inducing compress arcs by the laser pulses. A laser peak pulse is triggered from half of the positive half-wave to half of the negative half-wave of alternating arc current. The sum of laser peak pulse width and laser basic pulse width is equal to the time width from a laser pulse triggered point to a negative half-wave end point of the alternating arc current. A welding device for carrying out the method is disclosed. An angle formed by the axis of a laser beam (1) and the vertical direction is in the range of ?50°-50°. An angle formed by the axis of the laser beam (1) and the axis of an arc torch (2) is in the range of 20°-120 °. Arc power density is adjusted minutely in the range of 103-105 by adjusting the alternating arc current, protrusion quantity of an electrode (3) and gas flow velocity of a nozzle. The method and the device can reduce the consumption and save the cost.

  • Publication number: 20120288947
Abstract: The present invention discloses a fluorescent probe compound which solved the problem of fluorescence quenching by Pd2+, and its preparation method and use as well. Excitation and emission wavelengths of the probe compound are in visible light region. The probe compound is highly sensitive and displays good selectivity for Pd2 in near-neutral pH range. In detection of Pd2 in 0-10 ppb level, fluorescence is evidently enhanced, and Pd2 in the level as low as 5 nM can be detected. Fluorescence intensity is well linearly correlated to Pd2 concentration. The probe compound can be used for detection of contaminating palladium and residual palladium in drug, soil, water sample and reactor.

  • Publication number: 20110251188
Abstract: The present invention relates to acenaphtho heterocyclic compounds, cyclodextrin inclusion compounds and complexes thereof, and their uses in manufacturing the inhibitors of BH3 analogue, Bcl-2 family proteins. The acenaphtho heterocyclic compounds are obtained by introducing oxo-, thio-, carbonyl, ester or acyl in the 3-, 4- and 6-position of 8-oxo-8H-acenaphtho[1,2-b]pyrrole-9-carbonitrile, or further substituting 9-cyano with carboxyl, ester or amide. The compounds can simulate BH3-only protein, competitively binding and antagonizing Bcl-2, Bel-XL and Mcl-1 proteins in vitro or intracellular, to induce cell apoptosis. The cyclodextrin inclusion compounds and complexes can improve the effects. Therefore, they all can be used in the manufactures of anticancer compounds.
