Abstract: A tie rod with application of polymer composite with fibers reinforcement, constituted by a stem that connects two ball joints, that in its turn are connected to its ends, the body of the ball pins of these ball joints being fixed to different parts or components of a mechanical system with the purpose of transmitting to them angular and rotational movements, supporting the strains that are concentrated thereon. The stem of these tie rods, that constructed based on polymer composite with fibers reinforcement diminish the final weight of the tie rod, increase their mechanical resistance, increase their resistance to fatigue and provide dimensional stability, resistance to corrosion and low concentration of strains.
Abstract: A straining ring for ball joint constituted of a sealing cover made of rubber with opening in the two ends, being one of bigger diameter to be coupled to the external part of the ball joint box, where it is provided the ring object of this invention, denominated sealing ring, and one of smaller diameter to be coupled to the body of the pin of ball end.
Abstract: A ball joint restriction system provides a cylindrical extension in the end of the ball proper, and also provides an oblong housing in the closing cover of the ball joint to restrict movement of the extension. A positioning member positions the cover with respect to the box so that the oblong housing is provided in the same direction that the oblong opening in the other end of the ball joint box, through which pin or stem of the ball type pin. The ball joint will guarantee the maintenance of the connecting rod, whatever is its curve and weight, perfectly aligned with the other components of the system, as well as it will allow that the ball type pin is always positioned in its designed geometrical axle.
