Abstract: A sales opportunity delivery and routing system is described. Sales opportunities are created by independent companies that are competing for the same customers. The independent companies also use common sales agencies for converting sales opportunities into wins and losses. The independent sales agencies provide the companies sales goals showing they desire to sell opportunities with particular attributes. The sales opportunities are aggregated to create known sales demand from the sellers. Once a sales opportunity is created it is routed to the one or more sellers. The resulting sales activities create variable feedback to the one or more companies based upon each company's role in the opportunity.

Abstract: A novel software based communication system is described allowing multiple people to queue activities, or communications, to a particular contact and for the highest value communication pattern to be calculated. The method includes assigning a reward, interrupt and signal value to each activity. The result is that a contact receives the communication pattern that maximizes reward potential while maintaining a consumer interruption value less than a maximum and greater than a minimum.

Abstract: A new time sensitive sales opportunity delivery and routing system is described. Sales opportunities are delivered to a network of sellers and agencies via a sales delivery system. The new sales opportunities are delivered to one or more sellers wherein a first timer is started. If a new sales opportunity sits for a first amount of time without a seller claiming it, it is rerouted to a second set of sellers. When a seller claims, or grabs an opportunity, a second timer starts. If the seller does not take action against the opportunity within a second amount of time, the opportunity is rerouted to a new group of one or more sellers.
