    Abstract: A beverage container with a tactile indication of a properly open position for drinking. The beverage container includes a base, a collar, and a cap having an annular seal gasket for opening and closing the container for pouring/drinking. The improvement is a collar stop located on the collar, together with a pair of seal stops extending from the seal gasket and forming a notch therebetween. Rotation of the cap to open the container becomes more difficult as the collar stop interferes with the leading one of the seal stops. Continued rotation to seat the collar stop in the notch provides a tactile indication that the cap has rotated to the properly open position and further rotation may be avoided.

The base and cover both have a core formed of PET sheet material, formed into the appropriate base and cover shapes. The PET cores are crystallized to CPET on their interior. Each core is overmolded on its exterior with TPC capable of injection molding and having greater strength. The cover may include an elastomeric seal about its periphery. The cover may be secured to the base by one or more locking clips.

    Abstract: A dual speed manual stand mixer. The mixer has a bowl with a cover fixed to the bowl. The cover includes a ring selectively mounting to the rim of the bowl, and a turntable mounted for rotation within the ring. Multiple whisks extend downward from the turntable into and within the bowl. Gearing is provided to cause both rotation of the turntable, as well as rotation of each individual whisk. A transmission is also provided to selectively connect a manual crank arm in one of two possible limit positions. The gearing ratios differ between these two position to thus drive the turntable and whisk rotation at two different speeds.
