Abstract: The invention concerns a replaceable cassette comprising first and second rotary rollers (BO1 and BO2) on each of which is wound a tape (RE) from one of its ends, each roller (BO1 and BO2), being capable of being locked on a receiving apparatus spindle drive. The cassette comprises a mechanism tensioning the tape, capable, when the cassette is outside the receiving apparatus, of maintaining said tape constantly stretched even if an impact, a change in temperature, a mechanical stress or the like occurs.

Abstract: A device for thermal printing of a rolled paper strip has a frame of which a fixed part comprises two lateral cheeks, which are perpendicular to an axis of articulation of a cover, and each comprise on their inner side fixed articulation means. The cover comprises two discs, which are accommodated between the two fixed cheeks, and each comprise on their outer side mobile articulation means which cooperate with the fixed articulation means. A latch, which is articulated around an axis which is parallel to the axis of articulation of the cover, cooperates with the cover and the fixed part of the frame, in order to provide locking/unlocking of the paper compartment on the fixed part of the frame.

Abstract: A wave form representative of the character to be recognized is converted digitally. For each set of N sample reference signals initially acquired, the absolute value of the difference between the numerical value of each sample reference signal and the numerical value of each sample signal to be recognized is calculated in order to establish K lists each of N absolute values. From the K lists is selected that for which the N absolute values have an approximately constant value, where the character to be recognized corresponds to the reference character associated with the list thus selected.

Abstract: In a communications network between fixed stations and fixed terminals, the said fixed stations being linked to the telephony channels while the fixed terminals include an antenna for mutual interaction over distance with independent stations, connection means to the telephony channels of the network are provided, and there is established a telephony relationship between an independent station and another station linked to the telephony channels of the network, by an intermediary of a primary link between the independent station and the connection means, via antennas of a primary fixed terminal. A secondary fixed terminal is chosen on the basis of predetermined selection criteria, and a secondary link is established between the independent station (SA) and the connection means, via an antenna of the secondary fixed terminal.

Abstract: A fixed station (BFR1) is able to interact with a plurality of independent stations (SA1, . . . , SA4) and is linked to an external management unit (UGRB1) only by the intermediary of a single pair of telephony wires (LT). This management unit (UGRB1) then incorporates the management and monitoring means for the telephony communications, and is linked to the switched telephone network (CTPU) as well as to digital channels (CNPU). Communication between the independent stations (SA1, . . . , SA4) and the fixed terminal (DFR1) is carried out by the intermediary of a plurality of elementary voice channels and of elementary signaling channels while the transmission line (LT) is capable of transporting a voice line channel and a signaling line channel according to a predetermined bidirectional time framing. The terminal and its management unit are then suitable for carrying out multiplexing/demultiplexing between these various channels.
