Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for determining a first processing demand required to clean a data set and identifying one or more processors to clean the data based on the determined demand. The system, method, and computer program product embodiment further monitors the data cleaning process to determine a second demand and decides whether to continue operating one or more of the processors, based on the second demand.
Abstract: A method for fetching a content from a web server to a client device is disclosed, using tunnel devices serving as intermediate devices. The client device access an acceleration server to receive a list of available tunnel devices. The requested content is partitioned into slices, and the client device sends a request for the slices to the available tunnel devices. The tunnel devices in turn fetch the slices from the data server, and send the slices to the client device, where the content is reconstructed from the received slices. A client device may also serve as a tunnel device, serving as an intermediate device to other client devices. Similarly, a tunnel device may also serve as a client device for fetching content from a data server. The selection of tunnel devices to be used by a client device may be in the acceleration server, in the client device, or in both.
Abstract: A drive caddy assembly comprises a plastic frame and a plastic faceplate that includes a plastic tab and a plastic spring that moves along a spring axis that is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the drive caddy assembly. The plastic spring is configured to compress from a resting state along the spring axis without moving perpendicular to the spring axis during insertion of the drive caddy assembly into a drive receptacle of a storage server, and is further configured to return to the resting state when the drive caddy assembly is fully seated in the drive receptacle. The plastic tab extends from a side of the plastic spring and is configured to engage with the drive receptacle in a manner that translates a force on the drive caddy assembly along the longitudinal axis into a force on the plastic spring along the spring axis.
Abstract: A technique for executing a containerized stateful application that is deployed on a stateless computing platform is disclosed. The technique involves deploying a containerized stateful application on a stateless computing platform and executing the stateful application on the stateless computing platform. The technique also involves during execution of the stateful application, evaluating, in an application virtualization layer, events that are generated during execution of the stateful application to identify events that may trigger a change in state of the stateful application and during execution of the stateful application, updating a set of storage objects in response to the evaluations, and during execution of the stateful application, comparing events that are generated by the stateful application to the set of storage objects and redirecting a storage object that corresponds to an event to a persistent data store if the storage object matches a storage object in the set of storage objects.
Abstract: A method for executing a virtualized application on a computing system that includes a user-space and a kernel-space is disclosed. The method includes executing an application in the user-space, executing a user-level virtualization layer in the user-space, the user-level virtualization layer including a set of rules, performing, via the user-level virtualization layer, user-level hooking of events that are generated by the executing application according to the set of rules to identify events of interest, and determining whether to allow or block a function corresponding to an event that is identified as an event of interest based on the set of rules in the user-level virtualization layer.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments include generating invalid insurance claims based on category pairs from a category matrix derived from a set of known valid insurance claims, wherein an individual invalid insurance claim comprises at least one of: (i) a diagnosis code from a first category of a category pair and a procedure code from a second category of the category pair not in the first category or (ii) a procedure code from the first category of the category pair and a diagnosis code from the second category of the category pair not in the first category. Some embodiments also include generating a training dataset comprising (i) valid insurance claims from the set of known valid insurance claims and (ii) the invalid insurance claims; and using the training dataset to train an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engine to classify insurance claims as valid or invalid.

Abstract: Systems and methods include identifying a media segment of audio or video content. The video segment is identified by deriving data from media content and comparing said data to a reference database in order to identify said video segment. Embodiments of the invention improve the speed and accuracy of the media identification process by advantageously partitioning the indexes in subdivisions where high value reference information is separated from the bulk information, for example.

Abstract: A system designed for increasing network communication speed for users, while lowering network congestion for content owners and ISPs. The system employs network elements including an acceleration server, clients, agents, and peers, where communication requests generated by applications are intercepted by the client on the same machine. The IP address of the server in the communication request is transmitted to the acceleration server, which provides a list of agents to use for this IP address. The communication request is sent to the agents. One or more of the agents respond with a list of peers that have previously seen some or all of the content which is the response to this request (after checking whether this data is still valid).
Abstract: Quantitative evaluations of friction within a customer experience may be provided to reduce abandonment and improve conversion of transactions. One or more transactions may be identified. One or more personas corresponding to the one or more transactions may be identified. One or more customer friction factor (CFF) scores corresponding to the one or more transactions may be determined. A given CFF score may be a quantification of an aspect of a given transaction that has a negative impact on a customer experience associated with the given transaction. The one or more CFF scores may be compared with one or more valid comparisons relating to the same industry and the same transaction type. One or more friction points may be identified based on the comparison of the one or more CFF scores. Addressing a friction point may reduce abandonment and improves conversion associated with transactions.
