Abstract: A plurality of serially connected picture frames are arranged adjacent each other in a face-to-face series. Each frame is connected at a hinge line to the adjacent frames in the series. The hinges are arranged to enable the frames to be stacked flat against each other or to enable any adjacent pair of frames to be hinged apart to expose either of the opposite faces of any of the frames. The frames may be connected in an endless, belt-like configuration which may be mounted in a stand to enable the frames to be presented endlessly in sequence. Each of the frames is constructed to removably receive one or more pictures.
Abstract: An endless tape cartridge having a base and cover includes a reel on the base on which a tape pack is coiled. The reel includes a flange and a hub, and the hub has an upper cylindrical portion which overhangs the tape wound on the reel. A flexible member carried by the cover extends from the periphery of the pack of tape under the overhang to prevent the tape on the reel from riding up on and coning about the upper cylindrical portion of the hub.
Abstract: A tissue culture cluster dish, having a lid which may be removably placed on a base having formed in it a plurality of wells for the placement and growth of tissue cultures; the wells having well bottoms which are transparent and flat for easy viewing of the well contents, the well bottoms being elevated above the plane in which the base makes contact with any horizontal planar surface upon which the base is placed; the base having ribbing which extends below and surrounds the well bottoms, the base further having a base rim of sufficient vertical extend for easy grasping and holding; the lid coming in contact with and being supported by the base only through protrusions upwardly extending from the base, thereby assuring atmospheric communication between the well interiors and the outside of the dish; the lid having ridges to prevent transfer of moisture from the area above one well to that above any other well; and the lid fitting on the base only in one orientation.
Abstract: A magnet latch assembly for engagement with a flat plate or the like includes a permanent magnet and a surrounding ferromagnetic armature. The parts of the assembly are of an improved construction which facilitates economical assembly procedures and reduces the chances of malfunctioning in use.
Abstract: The dispenser holds a plurality of like cassettes in vertical juxtaposition in separate holding compartments each having a hinged member and integral release key associated therewith upon actuation of which a selected cassette is at least partially expelled from the dispenser. Each key includes a lip for normally maintaining the cassette locked in its holding compartment.
