Abstract: The present invention is to provide a circuit board in a housing and a plurality of contacts fixedly mounted on each of one end, the other end, and at least one side of the circuit board by surface mounting for forming a first external connector, a second external connector, and at least one internal connector wherein each of the first and the second external connectors is exposed to be ready for connection, at least one insertion slot is formed in the housing and, in response to inserting a memory card (e.g., T-Flash Card) into the insertion slot, a plurality of contacts of the internal connector are electrically connected to a plurality of conductive terminals of the memory card. Further, a shield is pivotally formed at the second external connector projected from the other end of the circuit board wherein the shield and the housing are assembled together to have a size dimensioned to comply with the specifications of a first type of memory card (e.g., Memory Stick Card or SD Card).

The card receiving space is configured with first to fifth card receiving spaces, each of which is adapted to receive a corresponding one of first to fifth electronic cards, which have different specifications, therein. Conductive terminals are mounted on the connector housing, extend into the card receiving groove, and contact electrically conductive contacts on one of the first to fifth electronic cards when the latter is inserted into the corresponding one of the first to fifth card receiving spaces through the front open side of the connector housing.

Each first conductive terminal has a first coupling end portion extending in and connected electrically to a corresponding conductive via, and a first contacting end portion projecting into the card receiving groove. Second conductive terminals are mounted on an outer surface of the bottom wall. Each second conductive terminal has a second coupling end portion extending through the rear side of the housing, and a second contacting end portion projecting into the card receiving groove.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a card reader, which comprises a circuit board including two interface modules, a data conversion module, and a control module, wherein the two interface modules can be coupled to a USB connector or a cassette connector compatible with PCMCIA respectively to enable the control module to couple the data conversion module and the related interface module together so that an electronic device coupled to the other end of the USB connector or the cassette connector can read data from or write data into a memory card inserted in the card reader via the related interface module and the data conversion module.

Abstract: A portable hard disk drive connector with a parallel (printer) port control board including: a casing including an upper cover and a lower cover engaged with the upper cover; and a control board fixedly fitted in the lower cover and having a parallel (printer) port interface input connector partly protruding out the casing, a parallel (printer) port output connector partly protruding out of the casing, and a hard disk drive connector provided at its both ends with a rack thus forming a U-shaped frame for receiving a hard disk drive.
