    Abstract: A nozzle adapted to be releasably secured to a container and through which liquid can be dispensed from the container into another receptacle when the nozzle is directed downwardly, i.e., in a liquid dispensing position. The nozzle contains a valve for automatically shutting off the flow of liquid from the container to the receptacle when the receptacle is substantially filled.
