    Abstract: Devices and methods for maintaining an aseptic catheter environment. In at least one exemplary embodiment of a device for maintaining an aseptic catheter environment of the present disclosure, the device comprises a first housing and a second housing, the first housing and the second housing coupled to one another by way of at least one coupler, the first housing and the second housing configured to engage one another when in a closed configuration and to define an interior space when in the closed configuration, and at least one aperture and/or notch defined within at least one of the first housing and the second housing, the at least one aperture and/or notch sized and shaped to allow at least part of a catheter to be positioned therethrough.
