  • Publication number: 20130141214
Abstract: The present invention provides an illumination alert apparatus structure having a cap for use in switch control. The illumination alert apparatus which is illumination-oriented comprises a body, a power unit, and a lightbulb having an illumination unit coupled thereto. The power unit is coupled to an end of the body. The lightbulb is screwed to an external thread formed on an outward side of the body and coupled to the power unit, so as to assemble the illumination alert apparatus. The illumination alert apparatus structure dispenses with other switch-related components which might otherwise compromise the overall esthetical appearance of the illumination alert apparatus, such that the illumination alert apparatus manifests simplicity, beauty, and novelty.

  • Patent number: 8414119
Abstract: An eyeglass frame assembly adaptable to lenses of different curvatures for holding replaceable optical or sunglass lenses includes an inner frame and an eyeglass frame. The inner frame has a rear periphery and laterals thereof formed as an abutting surface corresponding to a forward receiving area and two lateral linking rooms formed on the eyeglass frame. The inner frame preinstalled with the optical lenses or the sunglass lenses is easily assembled to the eyeglass frame by inserting two laterals of the inner frame into the lateral linking rooms of the eyeglass frame and buckling a middle portion of the inner frame to a corresponding portion of the eyeglass frame, to allow the abutting surface of the inner frame to abut against the matching receiving area of the eyeglass frame. With this design, the inner frame attached to the eyeglass frame can be easily replaced as needed.

  • Patent number: 8400109
Abstract: A flashlight charger includes a bottom plate provided with a pressing element and an electrically conducting part fixedly connected to a top plate that partially covers the pressing element and the electrically conducting part. A flashlight to be charged is aligned and connected with the flashlight charger and then pushed backward relative to the flashlight charger to allow the charging terminals at one end of the flashlight charger to make good electrical contact with the corresponding charging ends of the flashlight while the flashlight is securely fastened with the flashlight charger. When charging is completed, the flashlight can be removed from the flashlight charger rapidly and conveniently. The flashlight charger features good and stable electrical contact in use.

  • Patent number: 8328384
Abstract: A flashlight mount includes a clamp-type positioning element and an elongate clamping element pivotally connected to an upper section of the clamp-type positioning element. To fasten a flashlight to the mount, an engaging section on a lateral side of the flashlight is inserted into a C-shaped groove on a lateral side of a fastening extension of the elongate clamping element. Once the engaging section is inserted in the C-shaped groove to the greatest extent possible, a limiting recess at one end of the flashlight is engaged with a projection at the corresponding end of the fastening extension to fix the flashlight in position to the elongate clamping element. Then, an object to be clamped is inserted into an insertion space extending laterally into the clamp-type positioning element, before a lower screw rod is rotated upward to secure the clamp-type positioning element to the object in a clamping manner.

  • Patent number: 8210707
Abstract: Provided is an improved flashlight structure applicable to a flashlight for use at special sites. The flashlight structure includes a press switch whose protruding end is constantly received in a recessed area. Therefore, should the flashlight be dropped, with the press switch facing down, the press switch will not be pressed inward (and hence turned on or off) by accident. Also, the flashlight structure includes a partition plate for separating batteries in the flashlight and preventing the batteries from overheating due to close contact. A lighting unit connected to the open end of the flashlight structure is peripherally provided with ribs of different widths for engaging with the corresponding slots and thus positioning the lighting unit properly. An annular isolation portion in the middle section of the press switch is tightly engaged with the inner periphery of an end hole of the flashlight structure to prevent entry of external moisture.

  • Patent number: 8128255
Abstract: A structure for securing a conductive strip of a flashlight includes a flashlight main body formed therein with a receiving space for receiving batteries. The receiving space has a lateral surface formed with a groove whose cross-section tapers toward the center of the receiving space and is configured for receiving the conductive strip coupled to a switch assembly, along with an insulating element corresponding in width to the conductive strip and having a predetermined length. Once installed in the flashlight main body, the conductive strip is separated from the batteries in the receiving space, thereby preventing the batteries from overheating, which might otherwise result from direct contact with the conductive strip. The main body further has a rear end coupled with a pressing portion formed of a pliable material such that a switch of the switch assembly is switched on or off by pressing the pressing portion.

  • Patent number: 8007101
Abstract: Eyeglasses with lighting devices have a front end of each temple including a mount on the inner side and an attachment on the outer side. Each mount is fitted with a battery cover having a first electrode plate. Each attachment has battery compartments for receiving batteries. A second electrode plate is provided in the battery compartments of each attachment and in contact with each battery contained therein. Each attachment has one end formed with a second receiving cavity for receiving a switch and a front end having a curved third receiving cavity for receiving a light-emitting body whose received end is spherical. Each attachment is coupled to the corresponding mount such that a curved concave portion at the front end of each mount and the third receiving cavity of the corresponding attachment jointly form a spherical socket that allows the corresponding light-emitting body to rotate and provide multidirectional lighting.
