    Abstract: Disclosed herein are compositions including diphenhydramine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a liquid vehicle. The compositions may be administered intranasally to patients in need of diphenhydramine. The compositions provide increase plasma and brain concentrations relative to orally administered compositions, but without the limitations associated with intravenously administered compositions.
