Abstract: A manual food dicer includes a frame equipped with a cross blade and two guiding rails, a carriage movable in translation, and a longitudinal cutting knife equipped with triangular blades, wherein the knife cooperates with positioning mechanism enabling it to be elastically mounted between a working position in which the triangular blades jut out over the upper surface of the frame, and wherein a retracted position in which the triangular blades are retracted, the translation of the carriage causing the knife to move into retracted position.
Abstract: Safety cutter for cutting vegetables into spirals comprising: a frame (30) which is provided with a spiral-cutting knife (15) which is mounted transversely facing an aperture for the passage of the cut vegetables, a casing (12) which defines a space (13) for receiving vegetables to be cut, a spiral-cutting pushing member (1) comprising a crank (6), and means for locking the casing, characterised in that the spiral-cutting knife (15) is constituted by a removable knife body (16) which can be positioned and snapped onto the frame (30) and which is provided, at the central portion thereof, with a centering pin (18) which is intended to be embedded in the flesh of a vegetable to be cut and, over one half of the length thereof, with a recess, in the region of which a transverse half-blade (17) is fixed.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a manual vegetable cutter, for selectively varied cutting. Furthermore, the cutter of the present invention does not expose the user to risks of serious cuts. The cutter includes a frame fitted with at least one cutting blade mounted transversely facing a slot through which the cut vegetables pass and also two side rails providing guidance in to and fro translational motion for a guide chamber equipped with a loading volume for the vegetables to be cut up and acting in conjunction with a press-down cap which the user grips in order to move the guide chamber to and fro along the guide rails while constantly exerting pressure on the vegetables contained in the loading volume so that they are pressed against the cutting blade or blades fitted to the frame and can be cut up by the blade or blades.
Abstract: Manual safety vegetable cutter comprising: a frame (1) which is supported on feet (21, 22) and which is provided with two parallel longitudinal uprights (31, 32) which define two guiding rails for a carriage (5) which can be moved back and forth in translation and which are connected by means of a plate (4) for adjusting the cutting width, and at least one cutting blade (11) which is mounted transversely between the longitudinal uprights (31, 32), characterised in that it is provided with at least one removable disc-cutting cartridge (15) which can be inserted longitudinally between the uprights (31, 32) of the frame (1) and which comprises a first edge (14), on which the cutting blade (11) is mounted, this disc-cutting cartridge (15) being provided with gripping means which co-operate with positioning means which are provided on the frame (1).
