Patent number: 10353064Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for detecting airborne objects comprising a kill vehicle bus having a radar sensor. The radar sensor may be an interferometric sensor comprising a plurality of transmit-receive arrays. Each of the transmit-receive arrays may be adapted to be stowed in a stowed position in or on the kill vehicle bus, and may be adapted to be expandable from the stowed position to an operable position.Type: GrantFiled: August 4, 2016Date of Patent: July 16, 2019Assignee: Decisive Analytics CorporationInventors: Jess Granone, James Kirkland, Robert DeSilva

Patent number: 8818932Abstract: A method for creating a predictive model is disclosed herein, including the steps of determining trends and patterns in electronic data, using at least a first machine language algorithm, refining the determination of the algorithm, searching for social models that describe the identified trends and patterns using at least a second machine language algorithm, verifying causal links, constructing at least one model about human node behavior and interactions, utilizing the social models to do at least one of the following: validate hypotheses, predict future behavior, and examine hypothetical scenarios, automatically updating predictions when new data is introduced, using probabilistic techniques to learn hierarchical structure in unstructured text, continuously updating a set of themes, examining grammatical rules of each component of text, matching grammatical constituents to semantic roles, and reorganizing data into clusters of entities with common attributes.Type: GrantFiled: September 21, 2011Date of Patent: August 26, 2014Assignee: Decisive Analytics CorporationInventors: James J. Nolan, Mark E. Frymire, Jonathan C. Day, Peter F. David

Publication number: 20090201380Abstract: An apparatus having at least a first interface system. The at least a first interface system has a sensor interface portion for receiving an input of successive frames of a moving image from a video capture device; a processor portion that causes the input of successive frames of the moving image to be stabilized, compressed, and averaged, and a transmission component portion for transmitting the stabilized, compressed, and averaged input of successive frames of a moving image across a network. The stabilization of the successive frames of the moving image reduces the effects of unintended motion of the video capture device and is utilized to determine a feedback control. The processor portion utilizes the feedback control to cause the moving image to remain substantially centered within the individual frames of the input of successive frames of the moving image by causing the adjustment of the video capture device.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 30, 2008Publication date: August 13, 2009Applicant: DECISIVE ANALYTICS CORPORATIONInventors: Ronald L Peaslee, James Mahaffey
