Abstract: Systems for manufacturing a composite extruded product formed of a substrate and a film. The system includes an extruder, a film application section for integrally bonding the film to the substrate, a heating section for increasing the temperature of the composite extruded product, an embosser for embossing a pattern into the composite extruded product, and a cooling section for cooling the composite extruded product. The cooling section applies pressure to the composite extruded product and sprays cooling fluid onto the composite extruded product such that the composite extruded product is cooled and the pattern embossed into the first surface is permanently set.
Abstract: A nozzle assembly for residential splash pads can include a housing disposed at an interface of the residential splash pad and one or more channels configured to direct a flow of a fluid out of the nozzle assembly and into the residential splash pad. An energy-emitting fixture (such as an LED) can be disposed within the housing and configured to emit energy into the residential splash pad. The nozzle assembly can include a generator and a turbine connected to the generator. The nozzle assembly can further include a flow-diverting mechanism to direct the flow of the fluid to the turbine and increase the velocity of the flow of the fluid at a turbine interface.

Abstract: A wall panel system includes a plurality of extruded composite building panels for mounting to a wall that can be repaired or refinished. The panels include a plurality of ribs for contacting the wall and a lip for overlapping one of the plurality of panels immediately below. The wall panel system includes joint clips and flashings that over lap seams between abutting panels.
Abstract: An elevated platform is provided. The elevated platform includes a platform and a housing. A bladder that includes a first surface is coupled with and operative to elevate the platform. The first surface is operative outside the housing. Other embodiments are provided, and each of the embodiments described herein can be used alone or in combination with one another.
Abstract: A portable deck includes a plurality of legs that have a slot on each side face. An adjustable foot is removably attached to each leg to account for uneven ground surfaces on which the portable deck may be place. At least two braces and at least two rails are generally disposed between the plurality of legs to form a generally rectangular frame. The rails and braces are removably disposed in the slots of the legs. A plurality of planks are removably mounted to and supported by the rails to form a top surface of the portable deck. The portable deck provides a firm, level surface on which to place outdoor accessories.
Abstract: A personal watercraft mooring system is set forth which includes a vessel, such as a pontoon boat, houseboat or deck boat and a mooring at the vessel's stern adapted to berth at least one personal watercraft. According to one embodiment, the mooring can also be displaced to reduce drag imposed by it on the system. In another embodiment, the mooring can be raised from the water to stow the watercraft.
