Publication number: 20250125032Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to automatically generate an immersive digital prehabilitation package (IDPP) to a user device based on a dynamically determined fitness metric associated with the user device. In an illustrative example, an adaptive personalized prehabilitation system (APPS) may, in response to an activation signal, retrieve a fitness metric and a prehabilitation experience associated with a user associated with the user device. The APPS, for example, may determine a mental fitness and a physical fitness of the user based on the fitness metric. For example, the APPS may adaptively generate a target state based on the fitness of the user and the prehabilitation experience, and the current state of the user. The APPS, for example, may generate the IDPP configured to induce the user to progress from a current state to the adaptive target state. Various embodiments may advantageously increase prehabilitation efficiency and/or reduce post-experience interventions.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 23, 2024Publication date: April 17, 2025Applicant: DEEPWELL DTXInventors: Ryan J. Patent number: 12190271Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a risk trace matrix engine for managing database associations, in a quality management system (QMS), between risk mitigations and features of a system having a risk-based profile. In an illustrative example, metadata may be created to associate risk mitigations with elements of a product and then metadata may be stored in a database during the design or operating lifecycle of the product, for example. The engine may dynamically build one or more trace matrices for the product design, each matrix associating risk mitigations to elements of the product design documentation. In response to any modifications that may relate to the component's specifications, for example, the engine may retrieve associated metadata and generate notifications prompting for user verification.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2023Date of Patent: January 7, 2025Assignee: DEEPWELL DTXInventor: Ryan J. Publication number: 20240290481Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to management of therapeutic digital assets in a non-medical environment. In an illustrative example, non-medical digital asset(s) (NMDAs) may be evaluated relative to one or more therapeutic modalities. A corresponding therapeutic digital asset (TDA) may, for example, be generated for each therapeutically associated NMDA. The TDA may, for example, be traceably associated with corresponding risks and/or risk mitigations. Each TDA may be associated, for example, with a test profile corresponding to a risk and/or risk mitigation. A TDA may be released into a non-medical digital content delivery environment (DCDE), for example. The TDA may, for example, be monitored in the DCDE to maintain verification and/or validation (VV). A change in the DCDE affecting VV of the TDA may, for example, result in deactivation of the TDA in the DCDE. Various embodiments may advantageously permit VV of selected digital assets in a non-medical environment.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 4, 2024Publication date: August 29, 2024Applicant: DEEPWELL DTXInventors: Ryan J. Douglas, Matthew J. Douglas, Parker J. Douglas, Jalen S. Douglas, Michael S. Wilson
