    Abstract: A device for the measurement of the mass flows of gases and liquids in pipelines by means of an anemometer arrangement, comprising electrical resistors. The temperature dependent measuring and reference resistors together with connecting leads are each surrounded by a protective tube, which in the region of the resistors is provided with a transverse cylindrical bore, the length to diameter ratio of which must be at least 1.5.
