Abstract: The invention comprises, in one form thereof, an electrical connector for connecting a first conductor and a second conductor, the first conductor and the second conductor both having an insulation coating and the second conductor having a stripped end, including a housing and an electrical terminal disposed with the housing. The electrical terminal includes at least one insulation displacement contact for electrical connection with the first conductor, and including at least one releasable pressure contact for connection and disconnection with the stripped end of the second conductor.
