Abstract: A prolonged acting appetite suppressant and anti-obesity composition in oral administration form which comprises an effective amount of a synergistic combination of amphetamine adipate, dextroamphetamine adipate, amphetamine sulfate and dextroamphetamine sulfate in equal or substantially equal amounts as the active agents in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and is useful in suppressing one's appetite and in treating obesity.
