Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for producing cereal puffs, which heats cereals under pressure by means of a continuous circulating operation, puffs the cereals several times by means of a multistage rising operation, and causes the puffed cereals, i.e. the cereal puffs, to stand by at a predetermined position, and then to be rapidly discharged in a forward direction. Thus, it is possible to process the cereal puffs in a uniform shape, and to discharge the cereal puffs in a constant direction. Further, it is possible to simultaneously produce a plurality of cereal puffs having a uniform shape by means of one heating and pressurizing operation in a single apparatus.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus for producing confectionery including a grain supply unit installed on a main body and uniformly supplying grains inserted from the outside, a grain processing unit rotatably installed on the main body, receiving the grains and crushing the grains using a rotating spiral, and simultaneously discharging the grains in a jellylike state using frictional heat generated during collision of the grains, and a drive unit for driving the grain processing unit and the grain supply unit.

Abstract: An apparatus for producing crackers is provided. The apparatus includes: a main frame; a drive unit installed at the main frame, and having a drive motor provided with a reducer, and first and second drive shafts receiving power from the drive motor; first and second operation cams installed at the first drive shaft; an operation unit pivotally connected to the first operation cam; an upper mold movably connected to the operation unit in a vertical direction and having a heating means; a lower mold installed directly under the upper mold and having a heating means; a grain supply unit connected to the first drive shaft to discharge a predetermined amount of grain; a grain convey unit connected to the second operation cam to convey the grain supplied from the grain supply unit to the lower mold; and a control box installed at the main frame to control the respective components.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for producing confectionery. In the apparatus for producing confectionery, a material injection unit for supplying materials into a confectionary mold includes a hopper, an injector, a hose, and a piston actuator, which are detachably connected to a main frame. With this configuration, the foregoing elements are detached and cleaned, thereby keeping the elements sanitary.
