    Abstract: A power converter is provided. The power converter includes first to fourth switches electrically connected in series, a flying capacitor and a controller. Positive and negative terminals of the flying capacitor are electrically connected to the second and third switches respectively. The controller operates the first and fourth switches to perform a first complementary switching with a first dead time, and operates the second and third switches to perform a second complementary switching with a second dead time. The controller determines to regulate the first or second dead time by detecting a capacitor voltage of the flying capacitor, such that the capacitor voltage of the flying capacitor is maintained within a balance voltage range.

The control method includes: comparing a control command with a carrier wave to acquire a PWM signal; identifying whether a phase difference between the output voltage and current falls within a range; if the phase difference falling within the range, determining whether a zero-sequence voltage is positive or negative according to the output voltage and current; injecting the zero-sequence voltage into the control command to acquire a synthesized command, and detecting maximum and minimum voltage values of the synthesized command after a period; according to the zero-sequence voltage determined to be positive or negative, selecting the maximum or minimum voltage value to perform a logic reversal operation; after stopping injecting the zero-sequence voltage, acquiring an output expected value; and comparing the output expected value with the carrier wave for adjusting a duty ratio of PWM signal.

The link module moves downwardly close to the upper cover, scroll-wheels of the latches roll along limiting surfaces of corresponding fixing components and press against the upper cover, the upper cover closes the opening to form an airtight space. The link module moves upwardly away from the upper cover, the scroll-wheels are separated away from the limiting surfaces of corresponding fixing components, allows the upper cover to separate from the opening.

Each of the double walls may include a plurality of partitions respectively defining a plurality of suction piles, the suction piles fluidically coupled by a manifold that may allow liquid to be removed from the suction pile to thereby drive the cofferdam structure into the subsea surface due to the induced negative pressure. A further embodiment cofferdam structure includes an open frame structure and one or more suction piles attached to the open frame structure.
