The online instantiable message repository processing apparatus includes a memory and a processor electrically connected to the memory. Here, the processor receives an open request of an online instantiable message repository which is instantiable into a chat room participated by at least one participant and associated with a conversation thread and implemented as a computer file, resumes the chat room when the online instantiable message repository is successfully opened, and updates the online instantiable message repository when a conversation message including a message sender and a message content is added to the chat room associated with the conversation thread.

Abstract: A work activity processing apparatus, including: a memory including a work activity map memory area related to at least one member and related to a work activity map including at least one work activity and a chat room memory area related to the work activity map and related to a chat room implemented through a message thread; a work activity map processor that determines whether to generate a chat room for communication within the work activity map, when the work activity is received from a first member and that relates the message thread to update the work activity map; and a work object processor that receives a work object through the received work activity from a second member and that updates the message thread or that receives the work object from the second member through participation in the chat room and that updates the message thread.

Abstract: A method of providing a reminder based on a chat room performed by a chat room based reminder apparatus connected to at least one user terminal, the method including: bringing a message thread corresponding to a chat room related to a user terminal and a to-do item set of at least one to-do item related to the message thread and including a to-do receiver, a to-do provider, to-do contents, a to-do status, and a deadline; generating a reminder set including at least one reminder to-do item satisfying a reminder condition in the to-do item set; generating a reminder message for each of the at least one reminder to-do item; and detecting a time zone of the to-do receiver and delaying to add the reminder message to the message thread to a receivable time of the to-do receiver.

Abstract: Provided is a hierarchical project management apparatus including: a memory storing a macro management block and a micro management block which have different work evaluation access rights; and a processor controlling a tree structure association between the macro management block and the micro management block, wherein the processor includes: performing a macro management process of generating a project and a project message thread associated with the project in the macro management block and associating a note object including a container of a work object as a unit work of the project with the project message thread; and performing a micro management process of generating a work message thread associated with the note object in the micro management block, associating the work object with the work message thread, and updating the tree structure by inserting the work object into the micro management block whenever the work object is generated.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a computer-executable method for managing customers within a group, which is performed by a customer management server connected to at least two terminals. The method includes creating a transaction group in which a seller and a purchaser participate and a commodity or service is traded through a group point dependent on a group, providing the purchaser with an evaluation participation opportunity by providing the purchaser with an evaluation point when the purchase of the commodity or service is completed, receiving evaluation for the commodity or service from the purchaser and requesting an evaluation response according to the evaluation from the seller, and returning the evaluation point to the seller when the evaluation response is received and providing the purchaser with a group point according to the evaluation under the control of the seller.
