    Abstract: A captive screw closure with a tamper-evident band and a screw cap captively connected thereto is disclosed. The screw closure includes an outer surface with an internal thread and an upper surface. The mechanical strain on the retaining bands are substantially reduced. This is achieved by the screw closure having at least one pulling element which permits a pure axial longitudinal movement of the screw cap to the tamper-evident band in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the screw closure. The screw closure includes a pivoting element, in particular a pivoting plate, connected either fixedly or pivotably to the tamper-evident band. The pivoting element, in particular the pivoting plate, is detachably connected to the screw cap. The pivoting element, in particular the pivoting plate, may be connected to the screw cap in a fixed but pivotable manner.

Said lumens are separated from each other by separating walls. A guiding means, which comprises a pressure element and a tractive element, is located in the guiding lumen. A tractive force can be applied to the tractive element by way of a feed connector and an adjustment unit, in which the pressure element is supported, whereby the radius of curvature of the supraglottic tube is adjusted and it can be better introduced into the patient in the bent state and thereafter the radius of curvature thereof can be adapted to the anatomy of the patient or the position of the patient, thereby maintaining the sealing pressure of the larynx mask around the larynx.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a larynx mask comprising a dorsal cover plate with an inflatable cuff integrally formed thereon and a tube connecting connector to a plug region having an adjoining insertion section for connecting to an insertion tube. Two separate lumens are provided in the region of the insertion section, these being the esophageal lumen and a respiration lumen. Said two lumens are separated from each other by a separating or supporting wall. Said separating or supporting wall runs from the insertion section to the tip of the larynx mask. While the esophageal lumen opens into the esophageal outlet at the proximal end, the respiration lumen opens in the ventral direction, while the lumen is closed in the proximal direction close to the tip. Such a larynx mask can be produced in one piece by way of injection molding and at the same time is reinforced by the separating or supporting wall to prevent kinking.

A screw cap with catches acts on catches of the cutting element. To make fitting easier, the cutting element and the pouring nozzle are produced as a one-piece semifinished product, wherein the cutting element is connected to the lower rim by weakened bridges so that the lower rim of the cutting element lies in a plane with the upper rim of the pouring nozzle and the teeth are protected in the pouring nozzle. This structural design allows an easy fitting which also reduces the reject rate.

Said design of the lead-through of the esophageal passage results in a considerable reinforcement of the proximal tip of the larynx mask and therefore counteracts possible kinking of the tip.
