    Abstract: A bolt escapement device includes holding rails, a blade disposed downstream of the holding rails, and a chute disposed downstream of the blade. The blade includes: a blade body configured to reciprocate in a direction intersecting the holding rails to pass through a first position and a second position; a bolt passageway extending in the blade body in a direction acute to a moving direction of the blade body; and a closure portion provided on a side surface of the blade body. At least one of the holding rails and the chute is provided with bolt guides. When the blade body moves from the first position to the second position, a corner portion of the bolt passageway that is closer to the holding rails is inserted between a bolt having entered the bolt passageway and a subsequent bolt and the rail gap is closed by the closure portion.

    Abstract: A resistance welder controller controls a welding current flowing through an inverter transformer, detects the welding current flowing through the inverter transformer, measures an energizing time and a point time interval of the detected welding current, calculates a usage rate of the inverter transformer using the energizing time and the point time interval, stores an equivalent current curve indicating a relationship between a current value of the welding current and the usage rate of the inverter transformer when the inverter transformer is operated at a rated capacity, and determines whether a relationship between the current value and the calculated usage rate of the inverter transformer exceeds the rated capacity of the inverter transformer based on the equivalent current curve, continues an operation when the relationship does not exceed the rated capacity of the inverter transformer, and stops the operation when the relationship exceeds the rated capacity of the inverter transformer.

The four-bar linkage includes a first link located closer to the electrode holder, a second link located closer to the base portion, and third and fourth links.     Abstract: An electrode structure is provided in which an upper pin having a magnet is built in a cavity inside an upper electrode so as to be vertically movable to allow its front end portion to protrude downward, and a lower pin is arranged so as to face the upper pin and built in a cavity inside a lower electrode so as to be vertically movable to allow its front end portion to protrude upward. In a state where the front end portion of the upper pin protrudes downward, the weld nut inserted onto it is attracted and held by the magnet. In a state where the upper pin is pushed upward by the lower pin, the weld nut comes off the upper pin and drops due to a less attracting force by the magnet, and then fitted onto the lower pin at a position higher than a workpiece.
