Patent number: 6768929Abstract: An installation for temporary storage and ready for dispatch delivery of objects includes a closed-in-itself rail system with independently-movable holding elements (30), at least one packing and take-over station (10), at least one addressing and delivery station (11) and at least one computing unit (12). Between the packing and take-over station (10) and the addressing and delivery station (11), the rail system is designed as a storage area (2) having controllable switch points or switch point systems (5) on the input and on the outlet side (5) and with functionally parallel storage tracks (2.1, 2.2, . . . ) between the switch points or switch point systems (5). Prior to being stored, the objects (32) supplied to the installation are individualized, individually packed and taken over by one holding element (30) each. Packed objects (33) and holding elements (30) are transported to the storage area (2) together, are stored along the storage tracks (2.1, 2.2, . . .Type: GrantFiled: November 7, 2001Date of Patent: July 27, 2004Assignee: Denipro AGInventor: Andreas Roesch

Patent number: 6607073Abstract: In a conveyor system, a magnet element row aligned at least partly parallel to the conveyor path is arranged in a driving region to serve as a stationary drive device. Conveyor elements include conducting parts (4) and are movable along the conveyor path through the drive region. The magnet element row (11) includes alternatingly orientated permanent magnets and produces a magnetic field locally changing along the row (11). The conducting parts (4) are arranged on the conveyor elements (2) such that in the drive region they are positioned in the effective range of the magnet element row (11). A relative movement between the magnetic element row (11) and the conveyor element (2) produces eddy currents in the conducting parts (4) effecting forces counteracting the relative movement. The relative movement is produced by annular magnet element rows (11) that are revolvingly driven and of which a part moves parallel to the conveyor path being in interaction with the conducting parts (4) of conveyor elements (2).Type: GrantFiled: February 6, 2002Date of Patent: August 19, 2003Assignee: Denipro AGInventors: Robert Büchi, Daniel Hinder

Publication number: 20020117378Abstract: In a conveyor system a magnet element row aligned at least partly parallel to the conveyor path is arranged in a driving region to serve as a stationary drive means and conveyor elements comprise conducting parts (4) and are movable along the conveyor path through the drive region. The magnet element row (11) which for example consists of alternatingly orientated permanent magnets produces a magnetic field locally changing along the row (11). The conducting parts (4) are arranged on the conveyor elements (2) such that in the drive region they are positioned in the effective range of the magnet element row (11). A relative movement between the magnetic element row (11) and the conveyor element (2) produces eddy currents in the conducting parts (4) effecting forces counteracting the relative movement.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 6, 2002Publication date: August 29, 2002Applicant: Denipro AGInventors: Robert Buchi, Daniel Hinder
