Patents Assigned to DENSO AIRCOOL CORPORATION
  • Patent number: 11913734
Abstract: A receiver includes a large diameter main body portion, and an intermediate member side small diameter portion. A wall thickness of the intermediate member side small diameter portion is smaller than a wall thickness of the main body portion. As a result, heat capacity of the intermediate member side small diameter portion is reduced. As a result, it is possible to complete brazing between the intermediate member side small diameter portion and the intermediate member, at the same time as brazing among tanks, tubes, and fins. A desiccant enclosed in a flexible bag can be taken in and out through the intermediate member side small diameter portion.

  • Patent number: 11007592
Abstract: A heat exchanger includes multiple aluminum heat transfer tubes through which a heat medium flows, and multiple aluminum connection pipes brazed to end portions of the heat transfer tubes. A heat equalizing member formed of a heat conductor is disposed to be in contact with at least two of the connection pipes and be capable of transferring heat therebetween. A method for producing the heat exchanger includes brazing the heat transfer tubes to the connection pipes in a state where the heat equalizing member is in contact with the at least two of the connection pipes.

  • Patent number: 10869411
Abstract: A closed loop cooling system for electronic equipment. The system includes a cabinet having a top panel, walls, and a door defining an enclosure. A rack is within the enclosure, and the electronic equipment is mounted thereto. An evaporator is within the enclosure below the electronic equipment. Recirculated cabinet airflow warmed by the electronic equipment is directed to the evaporator, cooled by the evaporator, and directed back to the electronic equipment to cool the electronic equipment. A condenser is in fluid communication with the evaporator to circulate coolant therebetween. Ambient airflow from outside the cabinet flows across the condenser to cool coolant flowing therethrough. The recirculated cabinet airflow is maintained independent of the ambient airflow, thereby preventing introduction of added heat or contaminates into the recirculated cabinet airflow, and not affecting air pressure of the ambient airflow.

  • Patent number: 9970668
Abstract: An integrated type air conditioning device includes a first refrigeration cycle that is an evaporative cooling type, a second refrigeration cycle that is a vapor-compression type, a blower device, and a housing accommodating the first and second cycles. The first refrigeration cycle includes an evaporation heat exchanger, a condensation heat exchanger, and a first refrigerant pipe. The second refrigeration cycle includes a compressor, a condenser, a decompression device, an evaporator, and a second refrigerant pipe. The housing is partitioned into an interior air passage and an exterior air passage. The evaporation heat exchanger and the evaporator are positioned in the interior air passage, the evaporation heat exchanger being located upstream of the evaporator with respect to an interior airflow in the interior air passage. The blower device is disposed in the interior air passage and is driven to generate the interior airflow in the interior air passage.
