Abstract: A caster brake device includes a brake gear, receiving unit, driving unit, elastic element and operating unit connected to the driving unit. The brake gear is disposed at an axle or wheel of a mobile carrier. Stop slots are disposed at the brake gear circumferentially. The receiving unit has a penetrating recess corresponding in position to the stop slots. The driving unit is disposed in the receiving unit and includes a penetrating portion corresponding in position to the penetrating recess and a stop spindle penetrating the penetrating recess and the penetrating portion. Two ends of the stop spindle correspond in position to the stop slots and thus are movably confined to the penetrating recess to enter or exit the stop slots. The elastic element has two ends abutting against the receiving unit and driving unit, respectively, to enable the stop spindle to undergo reciprocating motion within the penetrating recess.

Abstract: A central-controlled double wheel structure allows accurate performance in controlling the direction of movement of transporting devices when a braking block, a direction limiting member, and a toothed braking member are stably and properly intermeshed, thereby ensuring transporting devices to move in a preset straight direction. The double wheel structure has braking pads that are connected to bridging plates which are in turn connected to a connecting seat, and positioning of the braking pads is controlled by the upward or downward movement of the connecting seat as the bridging plates act as a lever structure with the axial rod as the axis. Further, the serrated cogging ends of the braking pads may intermesh into the cogging teeth of the wheel bodies to effectively stop the movement of transporting devices without subjecting the braking pads and the wheel bodies to extensive wearing.

Abstract: A friction wheel includes a hub, two bearings mounted in the hub and each having an axle, and a friction member mounted between the hub and the axle of each of the two bearings. Thus, the friction member is mounted between the hub and the axle of each of the two bearings to increase the friction between the hub and the axle of each of the two bearings so that the user has to apply a larger force to overcome the friction between the hub and the axle of each of the two bearings so as to move the cart forward, thereby preventing the cart from being moved freely.

Abstract: A conductive wheel for a cart includes a hub, a tread mounted on the hub, two bearings mounted in the hub and each having a axle, and an electrically conductive assembly mounted in the hub and the tread. Thus, the electrically conductive assembly will form a grounding effect to conduct and release the static charges produced between the two bearings and the cart to the ground so as to prevent from causing an electrical shock to a user when the user touching the cart, thereby protecting the user's safety when operating the cart.

Abstract: A castor includes a wheel frame, a roller, an elastic locating plate, a mandrel, a locating disk, a braking disk, a mounting tube, an elastic member, a control bar, two screw members, an adjusting member, and a connecting unit. Thus, the distance between the braking disk and the roller can be adjusted easily and quickly according to the user's requirement, thereby facilitating the user braking the roller. In addition, when the wall thickness of the roller is reduced due to rubbing or wearing, the distance between the braking disk and the roller can be adjusted to fit the wall thickness of the roller, thereby keeping the braking effect of the braking disk to the optimum.

Abstract: A castor includes a connecting board, a base bracket connected with the connecting board, a locking disk connected with the connecting board, a wheel mounted on the base bracket, a mounting bracket secured on the base bracket, a braking member connected with the mounting bracket, and a drive unit connected with the braking member. The locking disk has a locking portion. The braking member has a first end provided with a locking section and a second end provided with a mounting portion which has a braking section. Thus, the braking member is pivoted by the drive unit so that the braking section of the braking member is moved to press and brake the wheel, and the locking section of the braking member is moved to engage the locking portion of the locking disk so as to lock the base bracket.
