Abstract: The present invention discloses an operation instruction scheduling method and device for a NAND flash memory device. The method comprises: performing task decomposition on the operation instruction of the NAND flash memory device, and sending an obtained task to a corresponding task queue; sending a current task to a corresponding arbitration queue according to a task type of the current task in the task queue; and scheduling a NAND interface for a to-be-executed task in the arbitration queue according to priority information of the arbitration queue. Embodiments of the present invention can efficiently realize operation instruction scheduling of a NAND flash memory device, improve flexibility of operation instruction scheduling of the NAND flash memory device, and improve overall performance of the NAND flash memory device.

Abstract: A tie strap comprising a first end having a plurality of first apertures adapted to receive a medial region and to couple with a plurality of ribs defined thereon, a hooked or knobbed catch mechanism protruding from a distal portion of the first end, and a plurality of second apertures situated along the medial region adapted to receive the catch mechanism. The second apertures may be further adapted to receive the medial region and to couple with the ribs defined thereon.

Abstract: An elongated tie strap comprising a head having a plurality of similarly dimensioned through-holes, a body having a plurality of axially oriented ridges on opposite lateral surfaces, and a tail having a thickness less than that of the body. The cross-sectional dimensions of the body are substantially equal to the cross-sectional dimensions of the through-holes, and the distance between adjacent ridges is substantially equal to the through-hole depth, such that the body may couple to the head when inserted through one or more through-holes.
Abstract: An electrode substrate is placed on a stage heated at temperature in a range of from 50.degree. to 200.degree. C. in such a manner that an alignment film of the electrode substrate faces upwards. Thereafter, a rubbing treatment is applied by a roller having the rubbing cloth wound therearound by moving a stage while rubbing the surface of the alignment film by rotating the roller in a state where the electrode substrate is sufficiently heated. Here, as the alignment film is softened by the described heat treatment, the rubbing process is facilitated. This permits a uniform C2 orientation without defects to be achieved in smectic liquid crystals.
