Abstract: Disclosed within is a fist bracket comprising a base and a circumferential portion extending from the base in which the circumferential portion comprises an outer surface and an inner surface and the outer surface comprises a curved section and a planar section. Also disclosed within is a combination of a motor mount bracket and fist bracket comprising a fist bracket with a base and a circumferential portion extending from the base. The circumferential portion includes an outer surface and an inner surface and the outer surface comprises a curved section and a planar section. The combination further includes a bushing disposed within the circumferential portion of the fist bracket.

Abstract: A vibratory motor having an elongated housing having opposite ends, an electric motor positioned within the housing between the opposite ends, bearings in the opposite ends, a motor shaft extending into the opposite ends and supported by the bearings, eccentric weight chambers in the opposite ends proximate the bearings and between the bearings and the electric motor, explosion and leak-proof seal assemblies located proximate the eccentric weight chambers and between the eccentric weight chambers and the electric motor, each of the seal assemblies including an oil seal facing an adjacent eccentric weight chamber, and a flame path between the oil seal and the electric motor.

Abstract: A vibratory screening machine having a single vibratory motor mounted on its inner resiliently mounted frame by motor mounting structures at its ends, each motor mounting structure consisting of a combination of a fist bracket carrying a directionally stiff bushing with the fist bracket being mounted in a motor mount bracket with the fist bracket having a first cutaway portion positioned within a second cutaway portion in a rib on the base of the motor mount bracket. The directional stiffness of each bushing is aligned with the center of rotation of the vibratory motor, and this will produce linear motion when the unbalance of the vibratory motor is in line with the center of rotation of the motor and the direction of the directional stiffness of the bushings.

Abstract: A gumbo separator has a continuous, inclined, moving screen belt which rides on and is supported by a perforated backing plate. The desirable portion of drilling fluids fed to the gumbo separator passes through the screen belt and backing plate and may be further processed to remove drill cuttings. The gumbo, containing gummy hydrated clays, are conveyed off the screen belt to the reserve pit. The gumbo separator provides a self cleaning screen belt, using a counter-rotating belt cleaning brush. A spray bar back-washes the screen belt with high pressure drilling mud to remove any gumbo lodged in the screen belt openings.
