    Abstract: A generally spherical container for dispensing facial tissues or the like is formed by two hemispherical sections interfitting detachably. The upper section has an access opening formed therein and the lower section is weighted at its bottom so that the opening will rotate towards the direction of travel of a tissue being removed from the container to lessen the stress on the tissue, and yet the container will return to its initial position after the tissue is removed.
