Patent number: 11725140Abstract: A premixed photoluminescent composition and related hardened form and method of forming joints for pavers or stones. The premixed photoluminescent composition comprises solid aggregates; a photoluminescent particulate component adapted to emit light when photoexcited; and a binder. When in contact with an activator, oxygen or water, the binder is adapted to harden into a water-resistant binder matrix that bonds the solid aggregates and embeds the photoluminescent particulate component. In use, the water-resistant binder matrix has a transparency allowing transmission of at least a portion of the light emitted by the photoluminescent particulate component.Type: GrantFiled: February 14, 2022Date of Patent: August 15, 2023Assignee: Alliance Designer Products Inc.Inventors: Giacomo Tutino, Alain Daoust

Patent number: 10206521Abstract: Anti-sweep devices which are operable to contain a plurality of packages disposed on a base within a cover or housing, and dispense packages one at a time. A door for accessing a product such as a package is disposed at a front portion of the device. The base includes a pusher axially aligned with the long axis of the base. A sled, lift plate, product retention tab, a sled biasing element and a means for retarding a biasing force imparted by the sled biasing element are positioned below the base. The sled is slidably oriented along the longitudinal axis of the base and has a door contacting end and sled biasing element couple to the opposite end. The sled is engageable to the means for retarding a biasing force imparted by the sled biasing element.Type: GrantFiled: January 16, 2018Date of Patent: February 19, 2019Assignee: Design Productions Inc.Inventor: Thomas G. Murphy

Patent number: 7802372Abstract: A removable laser base for a bubble level that includes a body, a laser beam generator, and a removable securement. The body has a flat top surface that the level is secured to and a bottom surface that is flat and parallel to the top surface. A laser diode mounted in a module emits a visible laser beam upon application of power from a battery that is controlled by a switch. The module, batteries, and switch are mounted in a through bore in the body. The laser base is removably secured to the bubble level by any manner appropriate to the shape of the level. In one such securement, the level has a T-shaped cross-section and the body has a complementary slot into which the level slides. When the level reference surface abuts the top surface of the laser base, a thumb screw is tightened to frictionally secure the level in the base.Type: GrantFiled: August 11, 2008Date of Patent: September 28, 2010Assignee: Precision Designed Products, Inc.Inventor: Mark L.
