Abstract: A computerized system for the determination of a drug dosage comprises a dose determination module which determines a possible drug dosage, a security module which determines whether a security threshold is triggered, a notification module which, when the security module determines that a security threshold is triggered, issues a user notification, a communication module which receives drug dosage data from a drug dispensing device. The notification module allows the user to acknowledge the notification independently of received drug dosage data.
Abstract: The computerized system comprises a processor with: a security module (5) which evaluates a potential health risk of the patient, a decision module (9) which determines a set of control parameters based on a function of the security module (5), a first blackbox module (6), a second interpretable module (7) and a confidence assessment module (8) assessing confidence in the first blackbox module (6).

Abstract: Method for determining a recommendation value of a control parameter of a fluid infusion device. The method being implemented by a control device and comprising the steps of retrieving user data, feeding a deep reinforcement learning network, outputting a deep reinforcement learning network result, feeding an uncertainty certificates, outputting an uncertainty certificates result, comparing the uncertainty certificates result, determining the recommendation value, of a control parameter of the fluid infusion device based on a state of the unique user using a control algorithm or the deep reinforcement learning network.
Abstract: An automated closed-loop blood glucose control system comprises a continuous glucose-monitoring sensor (101), a subcutaneous insulin delivery device (103); and a controller (105) which determines a maximal allowable insulin injection amount and determines an insulin delivery control signal on the basis of the maximal allowable insulin injection amount and the quantity of insulin to inject.
