The handle defines an opening for receiving the at least one plastic grocery bag. The handle includes first and second flanges compressible toward one another. The rail assembly is mountable within the motor vehicle and includes a rail defining a longitudinally extending cavity. A front surface of the rail defines a gap running along at least a portion of an axial length of the rail and includes an open end and a closed end.
