The UE receives Q1 first-type information groups, and transmits or receives a first radio signal in a first time-frequency resource according to a configuration of a first information group; the first information group is one of the Q1 first-type information groups; a frequency domain position of the first time-frequency resource is used for determining the first information group from the Q1 first-type information groups; each of the Q1 first-type information groups includes at least one of relevant information to a subcarrier spacing. The disclosure establishes an association between the frequency domain position of the first time-frequency resource and the first information group, thereby simplifying the reception of the first-type information group, improving the flexibility of scheduling of frequency domain resources on unlicensed spectrum, and improving the overall performance of the system.
