Patents Assigned to Dienes Werke fuer Maschinenteile GmbH & Co. KG
  • Patent number: 11123891
Abstract: A blade holder (1) for a longitudinal cutting machine includes a rotatably mounted blade head (3) for holding a circular blade (4) and at least one locking device (2). At least one actuator actuates an element of the blade holder (1), and a moveably mounted adjusting slide (5) positions the blade head (3) on the longitudinal cutting machine. The adjusting slide (5) for positioning of the blade head (3) is moveable from a starting position to a positioning point. With the blade holder, materials can be cut perfectly with high precision. In particular, materials such as tissue, non-woven materials, paper, OLED film, displays, battery film, lithium batteries, aluminum, copper film, anodes, and cathodes can be cut.

  • Patent number: 10279502
Abstract: A cutting tool holder (1) for holding and driving a cutting tool (2) includes at least one actuator (3) for adjusting at least one operating state of the cutting tool holder (1). A control module (4) is disposed on the cutting tool holder (1) and is connected with the actuator (3). The control module (4) directly and independently actuates the actuator (3); information about the operating state is storable on the control module (4). A TCP- and/or UDP-based server is disposed on the control module (4) so that information transmitted from a web-browser compatible end device (5, 6) about an operating state to be assumed can be received and information about the actual operating state can be transmitted to the web-browser compatible end device (5, 6).

  • Patent number: 7472635
Abstract: A blade holder for cutting machines includes a blade head held on a raising and lowering device and having an adjustment mechanism for a circular blade that is held on the blade head. The adjustment mechanism for the movement of the circular blade between a cutting position and a ready position, is provided with an adjustment piston rod having an adjustment piston that is guided in a chamber of the blade head housing and can is adapted to be moved by compressed air. The adjustment piston rod is biased by a compression spring into the ready position of the circular blade. The piston surface of the adjustment piston has a cross-sectional area that is configured such that as the path of the adjustment piston in the direction of adjustment increases, the piston surface that is acted upon by compressed air increases.

  • Patent number: 6877412
Abstract: A blade holder for cutting machines has a blade head secured at a lowering device and a blade head housing having a chamber. The blade head has a blade holding member for receiving a circular blade. An advancing device is mounted in the blade head housing. The advancing device has an advancing piston rod and an advancing piston actuating the advancing piston rod. The advancing piston rod acts on the blade holding member for moving the circular blade between a cutting position and a ready position. The advancing piston is pneumatically actuated and mounted and guided in the chamber. A pressure spring acts on the advancing piston rod to prestress the advancing piston rod into the ready position of the circular blade. A pressing device loads the pressure spring in a direction of the cutting position of the circular blade. The pressing device is decoupled from the advancing piston rod.

  • Patent number: 6327950
Abstract: A longitudinal cutting machine having a plurality of blade holders disposed on at least one traverse that extends over the length of the longitudinal cutting machine is provided. So that the blade holders can each be removed independently of one another from the traverse, the individual blade holders are releasably mounted by two spaced-apart claws on associated profiled members that are mounted on the traverse. One of the claws is movable relative to the blade holder and can be fixed in position by means of an adjusting unit. When the adjusting unit is loosened, then by pivoting of the blade holder about one of the two claws, which pivoting is made possible by a deflecting movement of the movable claw, the other claw is released from the associated profiled member and the blade holder is removable from the traverse.

  • Patent number: 4275631
Abstract: Apparatus for slitting sheet material includes a pair of rotatable shafts having cooperating cutting knife assemblies thereon. The knives on one shaft are in the form of axially-spaced knife rings receivable between knife members on the other shaft. The knife rings are elastically deformable axially of the shafts and are spaced-apart a distance slightly greater than the spacing between the knife members to insure the absence of any gaps between the cooperating cutting knives. The knife members are releasably clamped axially on their shaft and are biased apart upon release of the axial clamping force in order to allow positioning of the knife rings between the knife members. Central mounting holes in the knife members increase in size from the axial center thereof toward the opposite ends thereof for allowing limited tilting movement of the knife members relative to the shaft on which they are mounted.
