Abstract: Provided are a passenger detection radar system and a blockage detection method therefor. The passenger detection radar system includes: a signal processing unit for receiving ADC data, which is received through radar reception channels, and performing signal processing; an RDM data unit for generating and storing RDM data based on a signal subjected to the signal processing; a first detection unit for detecting NPR blockage based on an NPR by detecting a zero Doppler signal in which a Doppler frequency has a value of zero; a second detection unit for detecting power blockage by detecting a power of the zero Doppler signal; and a blockage determination unit for making a final determination whether blockage has occurred based on detection results of the first and second detection units, and generating a control signal to generate a warning alarm upon determining presence of the blockage.
Abstract: Provided is a radar device and a rear seat detection method thereof, in which the method includes: (a) transmitting a radar signal in a form of a multi-channel high-speed FMCW to a periphery of the rear seat and receiving a signal reflected from a target by a transceiver; (b) detecting a motion of the passenger through a macro speed detection scheme by a signal processor; (c) detecting a change according to characteristics of the passenger through a micro speed detection scheme; and (d) determining, by a passenger detector, that the passenger is present on the rear seat when the motion or the change is detected in step (b) or step (c). Accordingly, a multi-channel high-speed FMCW radar waveform is employed to simultaneously detect the motion of the passenger detected through the macro speed detection scheme and a change caused by respiration of the passenger detected through the micro speed detection scheme, so that the passenger in the rear seat is accurately detected.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a radar device and a frequency interference cancellation method thereof, and arranges a configuration comprising: an antenna unit for transmitting a radar transmission signal to a periphery and receiving a signal reflected from a target; an RF unit for generating the transmission signal, converting frequencies of a transmission signal and a reception signal, and amplifying a reception signal; a signal processing unit for generating a control signal to generate the transmission signal and cancelling frequency interference from a reception signal of the RF unit; and a control unit for generating radar detection information by using an output signal of the signal processing unit, and tracking information by accumulating the radar detection information.
Abstract: Provided are a management system and a management method of a radar terminal, comprising: a manufacturer server for storing manufacture information of a radar terminal which provides a collision alert and an accident recording function; a mobile carrier server for managing trade information, maintenance information, and business information of the radar terminal in conjunction with the manufacturer server; and an insurance company server for managing insurance information of a vehicle on which the radar terminal is mounted, wherein the insurance company server is configured to provide radar terminal information and premium reduction information to a user terminal, thereby obtaining the effects of inducing propagation of the radar terminal in conjunction with the manufacturer server, the mobile carrier server and the insurance company server, and being capable of managing order subscription, trade information and maintenance history information of the radar terminal.
